Data controller
ALESSANDRO LIGUGNANA, owner of alessandroligugnana.com. Contact: the form in the Contact section of the home page.
What data
Browsing: the hosting provider automatically logs technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system. Contact form: name, email and message.
The name of the person you mention
When asked «Who remembers you?» you write another person’s name. That name stays only in your browser and is never sent to the site. You can skip the question or delete the name at any time from the Cookie settings page.
Names shown in the animated network
The site shows the first name and surname initial of people from ALESSANDRO LIGUGNANA’s network of contacts, taken from his professional contacts. Legal basis: the owner’s legitimate interest in representing his own network (art. 6.1.f GDPR), with data kept to a minimum. Names stay until the person asks for removal; you can object at any time through the contact form (art. 21 GDPR).
Why, and on what basis
Technical data: running the site and protecting it from abuse, on the owner’s legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Contact form: replying to your message, at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Is it mandatory?
You do not need to provide any data to visit the site. Name, email and message are needed to answer the contact form. Without them the form cannot be sent.
How long
The site keeps no visit logs: Cloudflare processes technical data only as long as needed to deliver and protect the service. Contact messages: as long as needed to reply and no longer than 12 months.
Who processes it
Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, anonymous statistics and delivery of contact messages), as processor. Cloudflare is based in the United States; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Messages arrive in a Gmail inbox (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC). Data is never sold or passed on.
Typefaces
The typefaces are hosted on the site itself: no data goes to Google or anyone else to display them.
Transfers outside the European Union
Where a provider is based in the United States, the transfer relies on its participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Automated decisions
There is no automated decision-making and no profiling (art. 22 GDPR).
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing (articles 15–21 GDPR) by writing through the contact form. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, www.garanteprivacy.it.
Changes
If the way the site processes data changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes.
