{{ t.read }} →I learned it from people
Behind every project there are people. That is why I believe results grow out of the relationships between them.
I am Alessandro Ligugnana and I live in Milan. I work in communication, branding and product development: my job is to help a project make sense to the people who come across it.
Design has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, because it is the moment when an idea takes shape and becomes recognisable.
For more than twenty years I have worked in the pharmaceutical sector, on technical projects that demand great precision. In this field too I have seen that it is people who make the difference.
I studied communication and hold a master’s in Strategic Marketing and Communications. At Politecnico di Milano I attended the ASCCA/ICEB certification course. I sit on the Scientific Committee of ASCCA and I am a member of PDA. I also run a personal project, ONE CUBIC METRE, where I write about environmental monitoring.
Over time I have come to understand that projects built to last rest on relationships nurtured with patience: the colleague who answers when you need them, the client who comes back because they trust you.

How it works, in three steps
Remember
Remembering someone is a human ability. It is the first sign that a person matters to you.
Show up
Trust is built by two people, over time, through presence and keeping your word.
Amplify
Tools carry the voice a long way. The voice is still yours.
The manifesto “Start from the human” tells the idea of The Human Network in seven chapters: why relationships matter, how trust grows and where tools help. The research behind it is there too.
